Contact me for a free 15-minute phone call. We have a chat about what is going on and if this would be a good fit for you. You just make one appointment and then decide afterwards if you want or need to continue.

Two 1-hour consultations is all some people need. I'll probably ask you to jot down your daily routine for a few days ahead of time so we can make the best use of our time together. Sometimes we do a cooking class and a shopping trip. If people desire ongoing support, frequent, short phone consultations at regular intervals can provide the accountability needed to keep new choices going until they become a life-long habits.

Feel better, improve energy levels, prevent disease, minimize the need for medications or help them work better... food is the place to start. I do not hold to any certain type of dietary philosophy. I respect the need for people to make the medical choices that work for them and making use of everything in our toolbox. Different dietary approaches work for different people. We identify problem areas and partner on strategies to create more healthful habits. It's all about being a skillful adult and learning simple self-management skills. If this is an area where you get stuck, invest in yourself and outsource some support. It will pay off.
