"I have suspected over the years an intolerance to gluten. When I finally decided to get serious about getting gluten out of my life, Karen helped me by working with me to eliminate it from my diet and more importantly worked with me to see if I could incorporate some back into my diet by challenging it. It was the step I always missed and she coached me through it and without that step I don't think I would have changed my ways. It really did show me I cannot tolerate it.
