10.  Refund Policy: All digital products are non-refundable. This includes any service other than a 1:1 consultation or group Zoom-based programs. These may be partially refundable depending on the program. Please read the full descriptions and individual terms and conditions of specific services prior to purchase.

11. Payment Systems: This site connects to Practice Better, our HIPAA-compliant patient portal system for all purchases. Through Practice Better, payments are routed through Strips which accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. HSA/FSA cards are also accepted.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Real Food Matters reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
