 Week 3

This unit is everything protein.  This week you will learn…

  • Where to find protein in foods

  • Pitfalls of various diets and how to eat well no no matter what diet you choose from plant-based to keto

  • Maintain lean body mass while losing fat to make your weight loss efforts more sustainable.

Week 4

This unit is all about dietary fats.  You’ll learn…

  • About the importance of essential fatty acids and a variety of ways to get them in your diet.

  • What fats are best to cook with (and why)

  • What fats and oils you should definitely avoid.

  • And you’ll get my favorite rich chocolate pudding recipe!!
